'Kyjzy Zupa' - Cheese soup

Ingredients:

  • 25 dag mince
  • 3 leeks (approx. 40 dag)
  • 10 dag whipping cream
  • 10 dag cream processed cheese
  • stock cube
  • spices (salt, pepper, turmeric, soup seasoning)

 

Directions:

Simmer meat with leek and add spices. When cooked, crumble the meat and the leak, and slowly add whipping cream, processed cheese and stock cube to taste. The soup should have a creamy consistency. It can be served with toast or choux pastry balls.
